Summary

My Account:

Pegasus 2.0 has a new feature, 'My Account' that serves as a centralized account management interface for participating entities. This helps administrative users to manage their end-to-end participation requirements such as edit organization’s demographic, contact, and TIN information; add, edit, and delete clinicians, locations, and users; and create new practices/organizations by administrative users who manage multiple practices/organizations.

Pegasus also has another new features which include a new registration & sign-up portal for onboarding, my Account for administrative tasks, smart service desk integration for seamless integration of Service Desk, RPC/SPINE/File Distributor enhancements to increase efficiency of EMR extraction, and Janus enhancements for optimized operations.

My Account

Moreover in My Account, if an organization is a multi-specialty practice, different providers within the same organization can participate in various registries based on their specialty. Administrative users can enroll their organization into multiple registries and centrally manage numerous registry participations with ease. This feature is customizable at the registry level viz. a registry can choose to disable this feature if it does not want FIGmd to offer other registries with different specialties to their practices. Some of the salient features of 'My Account' are that users do have to re-enter their organizational-level information for every new enrollment and users can centrally manage multiple registry participations, renewals, and additions of new clinicians.

Signup Portal

The new Sign-Up portal has a single database for Pegasus, JANUS, registration portal, sign-up portal, and RPC Management HUB unlike the previous version. This offers several advantages such as no manual syncing of data, single point of access for all data, faster & lucid sign-up process, better coordination for Elixir participants, and ability to centrally participate and manage multiple programs.

It offers multi-tenant registration for sign-up and various other features such as capturing new details, and personalizing and customizing the administrative space. There are multiple payment plans for practices, groups, ACOs, etc. Users can customize agreements for practices and groups.

The sign-up process is divided into five major milestones namely, capturing organizational & contact details, feeding clinician information and their location, signing agreements, selecting the preferred mode of data exchange (either FIGmd’s enterprise connectors or manual upload), and selecting subscription plans.

Sign Up Portal

Sign up portal consists of different milestones, which helps admin users to onboard their practices and clinicians on Figmd portal. This Process gradually takes users through different steps to collect data of different elements, such as hospitals, Clinicians, Locations and more. It also helps with setting up initial data related settings and configurations.

1. Organization

Organization is the first milestone. This milestone contains demographic details about your organization, detailed information about your admin and IT departments, and information about the TINs that your organization bills under.

2.Technical Survey

The Technical Survey is the second milestone. This milestone captures information about the data submission method selected by your organization

The three sections of the Technical Survey:

  • Method to submit organization data
  • Authorize program participation
  • Know about the organization

3. Clinicians/Locations

Clinician Details

Clinician Details section captures details of the clinicians associated with the organization. It enables adding new clinicians,edit/delete existing clinician details or mark a clinician as active/inactive. A service request ticket is auto-generated along with an alert message to the user on adding, editing, deleting or making clinicians active/inactive. New clinicians can be added individually or can be imported in bulk by uploading files.

Locations Details

section captures details of the locations associated with the organization. It enables adding new locations,editing/deleting existing location details, or marking a location active/inactive. A service request ticket is auto-generated for the subscribed program and assigned to the program support team along with an alert message to the user, on adding, editing, deleting or making locations active/inactive within a practice.

4. Agreement

Agreement is the fourth milestone. It involves signing of the agreement by the authorized signatory to complete the registration process. There are two agreements: Registry Participation , and FIGmd Agreement which are configured as per registry specification. 34Both these agreements involve the practice giving permission to the Registry and FIGmd respectively to view and access practice data.

Important Notes:

  • If the Agreement is two-directional it has to be signed by both the parties, then the status on Ul will change to 'Signed' otherwise it will be 'Pending with-'
  • The registration process is not finished until the last milestone of signup is not completed
  • The signatory role is configurable. Meaning: if any registry doesn't want the role we can remove it
  • Bi-directional and Single directional signing process is configurable

5.Payment

Clinician Details

Payment is the last milestone of the sign-up process. In this milestone, you can select a plan for the enrolling year and pay for it as per the number of participating clinicians.


My Account

My Account feature is accessible on successful completion of registration. The account summarizes all the administrative details entered during sign-up and gives access to different subscription programs, payment mode, and renew the existing programs.

1. Organization Demographic Details

On the My Account screen appears a section of Organization tile which consists of demographic details of the practice entered during sign-up . The details can be edited using the Manage Button.

2. Programs

  • Subscribed Programs: This tile represents the registries into which the Admin user has enrolled the organization. Clinicians are categorized as below:
    • Participating clinicians: Qualified and with paid subscription
    • Qualified but not participating: Unpaid subscription
    • Active: With paid subscription
    • Inactive: With paid subscription
    For quick and easy access, the Manage button has also been made available on the Subscribed programs tile, in addition to the one already present inside.

Available Programs: Available Programs tile identifies the registries that the clinician has qualified for based on their NPI. The qualified clinician can enroll to these available programs

3. Users

Users tile allows users to manage information using the Clinician Details It is divided into three sections-

  • Participating clinicians: Qualified and with paid subscription
  • Qualified but not participating: Unpaid subscription
  • Active: With paid subscription
  • Inactive: With paid subscription

On the User tile, it is mandatory to display the roles for the program for which the user has access to i.e. to which their practice is subscribed.

4. Technical, Locations and clinicians tiles

These informative tiles in my account have been added to allow access to edit and update the respective information shared during the sign up process, using the Manage button present on the respective tile.
